The idea that we exist within infinite parallel realities - shifting between them constantly, accessing different timelines, experiencing reality as something fluid rather than fixed - has moved well into mainstream consciousness. Millions of people recognise the Mandela Effect, explore timeline shifting, and hold as lived experience something that conventional thinking would consider impossible: that reality is not singular, and that we are not confined to one version of it.

A borrowed template is an image of a desired outcome that originated outside direct experience. Culture shows us what abundance looks like. Family shows us what relationships look like. Social media shows us what freedom looks like. Spiritual communities show us what awakening looks like. These images become internalised so deeply they feel like authentic desire. Most manifestation practices work with exactly this material.
